This makes mesa-demos unbuildable in x11-less distros.

Yes, GLEW requires X11.  So the actual request here is NOTABUG.

Luckily since c58d3cb308e7e6fc3bad120019f257bf3834fa15 mesa-demos will respect the x11 DISTRO_FEATURE.
