Video player can not play video files with latest commit. It reports error when we try to open video files. The error message is "Could not create "uridecodebin" element".

Reproduce Steps:
1. Download or build latest atom-pc image
2. Burn it on netbook or blacksand
3. Copy a ogg video file into image
4. Launch Video Player and open the video file

the r416 version of libowl-av caused this issue, which uses playbin2 instead of playbin.

I doubt whether there are usage difference between the two playbins? Orignally libowl-av should be designed with playbin operations.

One choice is that we can change back to the previous r398 commit.

Also BUG 616 should be the same problem with this one.

CC Edwin who owns libowl-av.
