Some of the early A0 boards (single core) were damaged due to an early design problem.

Dave, Darren, Michael need to discuss what we need to do going forward. They currently have 0ohm resistor options now, and we could consider just leaving them off.

The GPIO control the ESD/level-shifter, but we may be able to replace this, which would eliminate the need for the GPIOs. Leaving them off will leave the device enabled all the time.

We'll follow-up on May 22.

Problem has been resolved in A1.  With a long term fix in the rev B boards.
