Fixed on A0 by removing resister R115, A1 is final fix.

this bug report needs to be updated as the USB3.0 is functional, however, it is currently being forced on by a hardware strap. the firmware team needs to fix the pinmux setup and control of the USB3.0 enable pin in the firmware.

Bug 6184: https://bugzilla.yoctoproject.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6184
was to cover the Firmware issues around 3.0.  This was to cover any HW fixes needed.  If there are none you can change the status.
