It would useful to be able to select between various options for each LPSS UART:

* Enabled (RX/TX/RTS/CTS)
* Enabled w/o Flow Control (RX/TX + 2 GPIO)
* Disabled (4 GPIO)

This is primarily needed as GPIO lines are under high demand and flow control is not particularly necessary on modern hardware.

This has been included as part of the MNW2_IFWI_X64_D_2014_05_29_1410_SecEnabled.bin release. Marking as closed.
