The digitemp recipe : http://cgit.openembedded.org/cgit.cgi/meta-openembedded/tree/meta-oe/recipes-support/digitemp/digitemp_3.6.0.bb?h=master 
use a wrong SECTION. Use utils instead of util as other recipes.

+ SECTION = "utils"

This recipe is from the meta-oe layer, and we do not track issues with that layer in this bugzilla. I would suggest sending a patch to fix it to the openembedded-devel@lists.openembedded.org mailing list.
