Description Leah 2014-06-12 16:51:10 UTC
I have run bitbake core-image-minimal to run on Minnowboard, but when I look in my images file (build/tmp/deploy/images/qemux86), there is no hddimg file. I used the .ext3 file instead for booting onto usb using the mkefidisk.sh command but when I try to boot from usb on the Minnowboard, it tells me there is not such file. I have been using these instructions:

http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/meta-minnow/tree/README?h=master

I realized after the fact that I did not include the line NOISO="1", maybe this is causing my issues and I need to rebuild core-image-minimal altogether?

Thanks!

If you specify NOSIO="1" and build core-image-sato, does the hddimg appear? I assume you are building with MACHINE="minnow" ?

Please let me know, if it doesn't work, I'll try to replicate locally. Please also include the build details from the beginning of the build output.

I installed using "minnow" as machine and NOISO="1" and it worked fine. I've tried so many successive builds that I had left those two sections out and forgot to replace them. Thanks for the feedback!
