Typing ^C during a build no longer stops the process. Previously, typing ^C would set things such that no new processing tasks would be started and the currently active ones would complete. This is no longer true as new tasks are dispatched after ^C has been typed. Verified in master 847b717862a518746bc5e457f40760e3bd36f1db I've not tried to bisect and find the change that broke this.
