Currently, the libtool-nativesdk is missing in the meta-toolchain. Lacking the sysroot enabled libtool would limit the cross-canadian compiler usage in libtool based autoconf project. 

Need to add libtool-nativesdk into task-sdk-host.

The installed files of libtool 2.4 should be split into the following various packages:

- libltdl
usr/lib/libltdl.so.7
usr/lib/libltdl.so.7.3.0

- libltdl-dev
usr/include/ltdl.h
usr/include/libltdl/*
usr/lib/libltdl.a
usr/lib/libltdl.la
usr/lib/libltdl.so
usr/share/aclocal/ltdl.m4
usr/share/libtool/libltdl/*

- libtool
usr/bin
usr/share/libtool/config/*
usr/share/aclocal/*(remaining .m4 files)

- libtool-doc
usr/share/info/*
usr/share/man/*
