Update Python3 manifest file to add missing modules

Python 3 in Yocto Project 1.6.2 builds but fails to run after installation due to missing modules like reprlib, copyreg or datetime. It looks like the file manifest is not properly updated (copied from Python 2.x?).

Attached patch fixed the issue for me.

OK, thanks. The manifest inc file is auto-generated though as noted at the top of the file, in order to fix this properly we need to make the fix in the script that generates it (scripts/contrib/python/generate-manifest-3.3.py).
