Enhance '-v' switch to pipe all stdout to console UI for a 'testimage' task.

  Currently, when executing 'bitbake -vc testimage <image>' command, this switch does not pipe all output from the test runner to the console UI.
 
  The functionality would be similar to the bitbake '-v' switch which works well for normal build tasks.

  It can be useful to see individual test progress directly in bitbake console UI when debugging and developing tests. This would be especially helpful for integrating with TeamCity CI, which uses console to monitor test progress.
