the minnow max design requirements stated that the system should be able to be powered via the Low Speed Expansion connector, however, due to an unforseen design issue, full operations being powered via the LSE are not possible. in order to correct this, pin 3 on the LSE will need to be changed from +5VSB, to +PS_5VSB signal.
