Following on from the last post in bug 6740 ... https://bugzilla.yoctoproject.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6740 ... I have copied the meta qemumips directories listed ... recipes-core/init-ifupdown/init-ifupdown-1.0/qemumips recipes-bsp/formfactor/files/qemumips recipes-bsp/pointercal/pointercal/qemumips recipes-graphics/xorg-xserver/xserver-xf86-config/qemumips ... into qemumipsel copies, and completely rebuilt the image, without error, using ... bitbake -k core-image-minimal-dev ... but when running the qemu image ... runqemu qemumipsel ... the RTC is still not found, and at the login prompt keystrokes still do not register.
Building same for qemumips (big endian) default. Does that work properly with same set of metadata please report back

It appears the NEEDINFO is cleared. Khem put it back into NEEDINFO if you still have a question.
Closing as obsolete as there has been no activity on this bug, qemumipsel isn't a supported machine, and we're about to remove uclibc from oe-core master. If this can still be replicated with qemumipsel on musl, please file a new bug.
