Errors don't show in the build dashboard

For failed builds, Toaster collects the errors in the database, but then fails to display them in the build dashboard. See screenshot attached.

I think Alex D has fixed it. I can't reproduce this on the current poky contrib toaster/master.

Turned out this was actually to do with recording the loglevel in bitbake. Patch submitted.
