ENVIRONMENT: Ubuntu 14.04 LTS x86_64
STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. start toaster
2. run bitbake core-image-minimal
3. check if cpu_usage field (from Task table) matches the value in build stats for the current task

EXPECTED OUTCOME: 
  
the value of cpu_usage field from Task table matches the value from build stats
