On a fresh VM I do get the following error:

/lib/modules/3.2.0-4-686-pae/build would be the host kernel but this not a -native package.

I believe this was fixed with http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit.cgi/poky/commit/?id=e6cbda6419beb7b09a82325507f492f4f95e8776 (which touches cryptodev amongst others). Please reopen if this still breaks.
