Description Holger Freyther 2014-11-22 15:08:18 UTC
When running OpenVPN with the newer liblzo2 package I do see a lot of alignment errors when OpenVPN is handling network traffic.

Program received signal SIGBUS, Bus error.

Googling I found this debian issue: https://www.mail-archive.com/debian-bugs-dist@lists.debian.org/msg1275421.html https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=757037.

Unaligned memory access should be forbidden from my target platform.

As much as I would like to close bugs, this is not yet backported in 1.7.1 so
it should remain open until that occurs.
