Build core-image-sato with ptest-pkgs and the dbus ptest support doesn't get installed.

My guess is that this is due to PN being renamed by debian.bbclass to dbus-1, but the ptest package is called dbus-ptest.

dbus-ptest (and by dependency the "real" package dbus-test-ptest) do get installed if DISTRO_FEATURES contains "ptest". It looks like you fixed that the same day you filed the bug... so is there still something that needs to happen or is that enough?

Fixed in oe-core 7ee1da8126f1d4957e533cc26696e85c5a6de4bb.
