It seems that qemu vedio support for aarch64 is not ready. That's why add 

QEMU_UI_OPTIONS="-nographic"

in runqemu for qemuarm64.

I'll recheck it.

Until qemuarm64 supports graphics, we should probaby disable the execution of these tests on qemuarm64.
