Description tduehr 2015-01-20 22:14:54 UTC
build eroot$ bitbake core-image-minimal -c fetchall
FATAL: /dev/shm does not exist or is not writable

This is in a default setup with the meta-darwin layer added.
Comment 1 Richard Purdie 2015-01-21 14:03:30 UTC
meta-darwin enables us to build SDKs which run on OSX, it does not let us run bitbake on OSX unfortunately. There has been talk about making that work but it would require significant effort which we simply don't have the resources for at this time.
