It is polite to tell people how big / small a file is so that they know what they are getting themselves into when they download it. The file size is missing for the license manifest in the build dashboard, so we should probably add it in.

It looks like we are not currently storing the size of the license manifest file in the database. Passing this to Alex to see if we can add it (or if it's too much trouble).
