The project page should allow easy adding of recipes/packages to an image.

This is currently do-able through the Project Configuration page, by editing *IMAGE_INSTALL_append* variable, but this is not user friendly.

Adding recipes/packages can be done in two stages - if a package is not available in the package list for a project, then a recipe could be selected in order to build needed packages, and, on a subsequent build, the now-available packages can be added to the image.
