Tested on: 5c1c8af083ca7b57cc339d16ce0513b27c5dac90

Steps to reproduce:
1. Download fresh poky clone
2. Start toaster managed mode (bitbake/bin/toaster)
3. When prompted, import data from the mentioned json file

Immediately you will receive a warning message:
"Failure while trying to import the toaster config file: Your database backend doesn't behave properly when autocommit is off. Turn it on before using 'atomic'."

Toaster will continue the startup however, when creating a new project, the "All targets" page will be empty.
