need to add the ability to enable the secondary display interface on baytrail-i. the minnowboard max does not have the secondary display interface brought to a connector, however OEM/Derivatives of the Max might have it brought out. options should include:

1) primary enabled, secondary disabled
2) primary enabled, secondary enabled
3) primary disabled, secondary enabled
4) primary disabled, secondary disabled

Enable HDMI display on DDI1.

Enabled the second HDMI display for MinnowBoard Max - IVI board.  Please test the attached image. Next step is adding BUIS  setup option to enable/disable DDI0 and DDI1.

i've not gotten any feedback as of yet from the MAX-IVI team. i will check with them today. is feature in the standard 0.79 or is this a test image only?

This is only a test image. This feature will be offically available in V0.80 release.
