Tested on master: 0aff27522d467ee5d02289594207ddef4add7081

Steps:
1. start toaster
2. create new project
3. access the "all machines" page
4. enable all columns from the "Edit columns" menu

According to the design document, there should be a "Layer Source" column on this page.
Said column is missing.

sorry, Mihail: forgot to mention this. As part of some refinements on how users interact with layers, we concluded the layer source column created a bit of confusion and decided to remove it.
