There is no adt-installer in http://autobuilder.yoctoproject.org/pub/releases/yocto-1.8_M4.rc2/

It is there now.

There appears to have been a restart of 1.8_M4.rc2 and the restart put the release in the incorrect directory. I've fixed this. It is now where it is supposed to be and the missing ADT installer now exists.
