Since we're using rpm as default, even though autobuilder will generate ipk packages but lacking the package indexing support that make them usable which is highly depended by adt_installer.  Please add "bitbake package-index" to generate the package index for ipk

this should be fixed on next build out. I need to reconfig once the current buildset it done.
