If the AUH can identify packages with ptest enable and should run them when the runtime testing happens. If it doesn't have ptest enabled then determine if they can run ptest and make it run.
It is difficult to determine ptest regresions because we don't run them consistently enough and no way to map results from one run to another

This looks like a duplicate of bug 7576; we can reopen if there is something beyond that though.
