If we have a recipe that is set to autorev, is there a way for the autobuilder to poll for changes to that repo.

This may be problematic as the autobuilder doesn't know much about recipes, although there may be a way to do this though abusing the repo field and a scheduler.

We've no plans to go here with the new autobuilder codebase.
