I cannot upload files to public wiki.
The following warnings appear:

Upload warning

Could not open lock file for "mwstore://local-backend/local-public/0/01".
Could not open lock file for "mwstore://local-backend/local-public/0/01/Test_alexg.txt".

The upgrade for wiki for api support required a new lockdir with special permissions. I've added it and uploads are functioning again.
