Description Alejandro Hernandez 2015-05-14 17:34:09 UTC
Since Python-3.4 pip is required and installed by default, see PEP #453 (https://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-0453/) , pips installation is bootstrapped using python wheels, this makes it complicated to patch, this caused issues with the ABs, so the included pip had to be disabled, we should create a python3-pip recipe to add support for it, perhaps not enable it by default?, since it might not be as useful on embedded systems, but do make it available to the user and also stay as close as possible to upstream.
