AS one patch have been applied the kernel. if you tried to apply the same patch. The patches,which is listed in the .scc file,will be skipped/ignored.But the problem is that there is not any warning and error message prompt.

This is working as designed .. but there's already a bug for this, that I'll
use to throw an error message.
