Replace Hob with Toaster as the build engine invoked by Eclipse

On eclipse-luna with commit 45aa5c77523bdf051d548fff4305382942db2ebb I found button "Launch Toaster". When i press them nothing happens.
On eclipse-kepler with commit cf60ac293629fc8ecd6c4eb3709a6f334b499d0c I found button "Launch Hob" and it's alright.

we should remove the button.  Anything that looks to manipulate layers or recipes or packages needs to be pended until the CROPS/eSDK combo is working from Eclipse.

Launching Toaster from Eclipse is deprecated, based on:
