We should add tracking of the number of patches that are associated with each recipe and the Upstream-Status of those patches, this will help to track our progress on getting Pending patches upstreamed or correctly marked status.

Status per recipe is useful, but we'd also want somewhere where we can see the overall status (e.g. graphs of number of patches in each status).

Patch tracking and upstream status tracking is now integrated into the layer index and RRS.
