poky:    18e902b2dc17746af453869bcc1fba4dbae7c94f

Steps to reproduce:
#1 Install the genericx86-lsb/core-iamge-sato-lsb image on NUC
#2 Make sure the NUC is on a DHCP network. Get the machine ip address.
#3 Try to ssh into it

Actual result:
No connection will be established, because no ssh service installed on the image. Please include it into the image.

Does this work with Qemu?

I tracked it down to what appears to be some changes in lsbinitscripts version of the /etc/init.d/functions.

This line is different between 9.61 and 9.63, have not had time yet to figure out exactly what's breaking.

strstr "$(cat /proc/cmdline)" "rc.debug" && set -x

lsbinitscripts: avoid exit 1 in functions script

If 'rc.debug' is not in kernel parameters, the functions script would
exit 1 which causes other init scripts that source it exit 1. This is
not what we want.
