Hi, 
I am trying to build new packages with HOB. But, build images part is failing (build packages part is passing). 

Error is:

Poky/Yocto 1.3 is rather old at this point and is really in security fix only mode. I'd suggest using something more recent as this isn't something we have the resources to look into.
