The "Command line builds" project is there to enable capturing build data for builds started from CLI. This project does not have a configuration attached, and you cannot start builds from it. 

We need to ensure that the Toaster GUI presents this project accordingly, removing any options or information that do not apply to it. 

A design document explaining the changes required is attached.

Removed the reference to making the project name not editable, since after some discussion we agreed some people might want to do this, and why not after all (page 7)
