Builds in Toaster have 4 states: 1. Queued (see attached screenshot queued.png): when all build directories configured in Toaster are busy, you get this stage. The builds in this stage are waiting for a build directory to become available. 2. Checking out layers (see attached screenshot checking-out-layers.png): the build proper hasn't started yet, Toaster is checking out the layers required for the build 3. In progress: when the build starts proper, we show a progress bar that increases as tasks complete 4. Completed: when the build stops. Builds can either fail or succeed. Currently (master:71b0568fa43285f0946fae93fb43cea5f3bbecec) Toaster builds only show states 3 and 4. We have somehow lost 1 and 2, which we had at the time of the fido release. It would be nice to bring them back.
