When you create a new project and you have no builds the "Builds" tab it supposed to look like "normallylook" attachment.
Instead we have all the builds displayed.

Retested with current master HEAD = 371ab635086e2878ada1f00a59c7ec826481ba0a and can no longer reproduce this. It's likely to have been fixed by port to Toastertables or the work elliot did on the mrb section templates.
