Tested on master: eac61f37e36099f74485dab398b57f3812826d17

Steps:
1. Open toaster
2. Create new project
3. Try to change machine

Expected:
Machine changes.

Observed:
Pressing the "save" button in the machine change interface does not trigger an interaction.

This seems to work if you build a recipe with the default values.

Also noticed that there are no machine suggestions by default, but they show up after you complete a build. Suspect this is related.
