When trying to install an image with ptest packages included, it is not able to install the image to the hdd. The same problem as [YOCTO #7971] as it seems the fix has not been backported.

Tried on 1.8.1.RC1 b74ea963cefffad9fbd91d4eb9b240f6a8c86cd0.

This issue appears also on 1.7.3 release: b38454c2e3a7a58f5397bb16d59e2b0aa71c4a94. It should be backported to 1.7 as well.

Backport has been merged in fido, still required for dizzy so assigning to the dizzy maintainer.
