Please remove these milestones from the possible pull down list for a new bug.

We no longer assign new bugs to 1.6, 1.6.3, 1.7, 1.7.1, 1.7.2, 1.7.3, 1.8, 1.8.1, 1.9, 1.9 M1, 1.9 M2, 1.9 M3,
