Setup.py was removed, please update this example: remove the line with setup.py

Hi, 

This change has been made.  The commit is in my poky-contrib/srifenbark/bb-manual area (http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/poky-contrib/commit/?h=srifenbark/bb-manual&id=2e87bc8ffa99d8220955f427429c975537f2ac6e).

You can see the published manual change at http://www.yoctoproject.org/docs/2.1/bitbake-user-manual/bitbake-user-manual.html#example-obtaining-bitbake.

That change will need to be merged with the upstream bitbake repository.  Adding Richard to the CC list for the bug.
