Now there are certain features that depends on user interaction for example:

- Add reasons for not update the recipe.
- Maintain regex'es and urls for get upstream version.
- Add if recipe support ptest

I'm closing this bug as I think we have other bugs to cover these and this isn't acting as an umbrella bug.
