Looks like a parallel race.  I've submitted a patch to disable parallel builds but unless uclibc is removed from oe-core entirely we should fix the race as it causes a big performance hit.

Reassigning to Khem as the best candidate for uclibc maintainer.  There's a workaround in tree but the performance hit is not good.

Obviously if musl reaches the point where it is better than uclibc in master then we can close this.

uclibc is removed from OE-core
