We need to update the section http://www.yoctoproject.org/docs/2.1/mega-manual/mega-manual.html#shared-state and simply remove the line

do_deploy[sstate-name] = "deploy"

as this is no longer needed. Nothing else changed.

See http://www.yoctoproject.org/docs/2.1/ref-manual/ref-manual.html#shared-state for the changed section.  Note that the bug is against the mega-manual, which inherits the change in the ref-manual. 

Let me know if all is good and I will set to RESOLVED and clear the doc flag.
