Tested for qemux86 and qemux86-64 images downloaded from:
http://autobuilder.yoctoproject.org/pub/releases/yocto-2.1_M2.rc1

Steps to reproduce:
 With downloaded image:
  1. runqemu qemux86 core-image-sato-sdk
  2. Once qemu start check if there is a x11vnc icon in target

There isn't a x11vnc icon and the tc 238 for full pass can't be tested.

x11vnc had been moved to meta-oe by commit 84f66b5d2218363f2f07e63bbdd6c1861b1a9916 . This is not a bug. We should also remove test case 238.
