STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 
1. Use power meter to collect ilde power consumption of target system for 10 minutes

2. Save it and compare it with old data

EXPECTED OUTCOME: There should be no regression between old and new ilde power data .

This does not seem like a valid bug, if there is indeed an issue, please re-file the bug with more details and include that you are building and trying to test.
