Section 3.3 "Porting Poky to a New Machine"[1] and Chapter 4 "Board Support Packages (BSP) - Developers Guide"[2] contain overlapping information.

Suggest we consolidate new machine bringup in the BSP dev guide.

Since this bug was filed the BSP guide has been re-written to be simply a reference to the BSP structure.  There is no longer any how to information in the book.  That information has been incorporated into the YP dev manual.  To address this bug I am referencing the information in the dev manual now.  later, I will probably re-write the entire chapter 3 of the YP ref manual.  But for now, this will work to close this bug.  When the fix is pulled into master I will mark resolved/fixed and provide the CGIT number.
