Write a oe-selftest for bug 8876.

Steps:
1. bitbake <recipe>
2. bitbake -c clean <recipe>
3. bitbake --setscene-only <recipe>

Expected results:
Only '_setscene' tasks should run.

oe-selftest test merged into master: 4e5e501155a21fe64a470c626b3afe6d9748308e
